Tour Details

This 4-day safari through Rwanda, merges the allure of mountain gorillas in Volcanoes National Park with the cultural tapestry of Musanze. Welcome to a brief yet profound exploration of Rwanda’s wildlife and cultural treasures.

Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival in Kigali to Volcanoes National Park

Arrive at Kigali International Airport. Meet your guide and transfer to Volcanoes National Park. Check-in at your chosen accommodation. Explore the surroundings or relax at the lodge.

Day 2: Gorilla Trekking in Volcanoes National Park

Early morning breakfast. Transfer to the park headquarters for a briefing on gorilla trekking. Embark on a gorilla trek, spending an hour with a gorilla family. Return to the lodge for relaxation and cultural activities in the evening.

Day 3: Cultural Experience in Musanze

Explore the cultural offerings of Musanze. Visit local markets, art galleries, and community projects. Optionally, engage in traditional dance or craft workshops. Evening at leisure to absorb the local culture.

Day 4: Volcanoes National Park to Kigali Departure

Breakfast at the lodge. Check-out and drive back to Kigali. Visit the Genocide Memorial or explore Kigali city. Departure from Kigali International Airport.
